Adam Henkel

Many of you have already become familiar with Adam Henkel, formerly of Wisconsin and now of Illinois. Henkel was a leader in the invention of the Surround Shower shower device that electrified the Northwestern University campus in late 2000. But did you know the other Adam Henkel?

After embarking on a mad Google spree today, Northwestern's Henkel discovered his doppelganger. He notified myself and others immediately. He had found Adam Henkel of Michigan, a young man similar in looks, in creative abilities and, assumedly, in demeanor as well. And in 1998, this Michequivalent had invented the Rainmaker shower device.

Two men, one name, one desire: "The shower of showers." The mind, it boggles.

One response ...
