Whose arm is this arm? The sequel
In October 2004, I asked you to identify the owner of the arm below. I gave you a hint that the arm was not mine.
As it turned out, that arm belonged to good buddy Jeff. He had broken his right wrist in a hideous basketball accident.
In time, Jeff healed and went on to play basketball again. It was a happy ending, or so we thought.
Unfortunately, two weeks ago, Jeff was involved in a hideous bicycling accident. Racing along the C&O Canal, he was thrown from his bicycle by a group of surly teens and a hungry crocodile.
Or so I heard. Anyway, he broke his left wrist.
He was unable to send me a photograph of his new cast, but I managed to generate a high-tech computer simulation of the injury.
We again wish Jeff a speedy recovery.
