In which we conquer Taste of Arlington
People: Laura, Carlos, Linda, Norm, Laurie, Sarah, Gwen, and friends and family. Food and drinks: Melting Pot was a strawberry, Rice Krispy treat, Thin Mint, and marshmallow in chocolate sauce. Rocklands was a BBQ chicken/beef sandwich. Liberty Tavern was grilled octopus and lemonade. Curious Grape was vioginier. ABC7 was a mint. Carlyle was crabcake sandwich. Free ice cream sandwich truck was a free ice cream sandwich. Best Buns was a double chocolate cookie. Arlington Culinary Arts was a mini-apple pie. Raffles: Entered two, results are unknown. Also: Laura thought I was a little rough in turning down Busboys and Poets' offer of a free vegan cookie. I think I was just rough enough.
