This week's fake movie

Three-plus years ago, I decided to believe Shia LaBeouf's Eagle Eye wasn't a real movie. For as often as the name appeared, none of my friends talked about seeing the movie. Nor did the many trailers and commercial make it look as though there was a movie beyond them.

On my commute, heading down to the Metro, I pass the Courthouse movie theater's underground board. After passing the board enough times, I've decided fake-movie syndrome goes beyond Eagle Eye. In fact, I've now chosen to believe that every week Courthouse theater employees put one fake movie into their underground movie board.

First, Albert Nobbs. Like that's a real movie. Then, The Grey. Come on! Fake horror film, no doubt. Now, Journey 2 Mysterious 3D. Okay then.

(Note: I also choose to believe Star Wars Phanton 3D is also not real.)
