Daily Northwestern articles
After a
year and a half at the Online desk, I moved to the Campus desk in
September 2000 and began writing. I covered the administration and in
good part the administration's tangles with the janitorial staff's union.
I also wrote several stories about the university and its involvement
in 2000 presidential campaign financing, with a
story ranking in Hearst's national contest. Occasional reporting followed
this stint.
