A sentence infused with so much beauty

I’m likely never going to read Mark Helprin’s In Sunlight and in Shadow, not with the stack of unread books that continues to grow higher on my coffee table (and sitting across from a new free-book zone at work isn’t helping). But when a review of that book stops for one of its sentences, I can’t help but do the same. “When she put down a purse on a bench the strap fell over the arm in two perfect, parallel sine waves, as if she were infused with so much beauty it had to find outlet even in her accidents.”
